Etching Information: You may request up to 3 lines of text, with a maximum of 15 characters per line, including spaces. We are unable to etch emoji’s, special characters, or accent marks.
Missing or invalid information, e.g., text, font, an invalid quantity, or requesting special characters, may cause your order to become delayed and/or canceled with or without notice. Glasses will be etched exactly as requested. Etched items are non-refundable. Etching may add an additional 1-2 days to the standard processing time.
Etched “glassware” are personalized with initials or a message of your choice. Etching is laser engraved and will appear as a gray-ish colored etch on the product. The black etch on the image is for display purposes only. We have chosen laser etched technique that will stand the test of time. See photo examples for best representation.
